Registration Terms

Registration is confirmed upon the submission of the registration details.
 

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full within 30 days of the date of the program registered for.
 

Substitution & Refund Terms

You may substitute registrants at anytime, as long as you inform us at least a day in advance of the date of the program. We do not provide refunds for cancellations or “no shows”.

  • For cancellations received in writing AT LEAST SEVEN (7) DAYS prior to the event you will receive a 100% credit to be used (i.e. a deferment) at another initiative for up to one year from the date of issuance.
  • For cancellations received in writing UNDER SEVEN (7) DAYS prior to the event no credits will be issued. You may however substitute registrants in this case.
  • In the event that we postpone or cancel an event, you may choose to either cancel your registration or defer to another program (similar or otherwise). This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance. If the registrant is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the registrant will receive a 100% credit representing payments made towards a future event.

 

Loss or Damage Terms

We are not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postponement of an event. We shall assume no liability whatsoever if this event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this initiative inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war, terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction n transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other emergency.
 

Program Change Terms

Please note that facilitators and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing; however, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the facilitators and/or topics. As such, we reserve the right to alter or modify the advertised facilitators and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
