   TNT provided a very reliable service. Having waited for 1 hour for the package to arrive, I called the customer service hotline and check with them the location of the package. However, for the first time, I provided the wrong tracking number and a customer service provider, Meiyan could not find any records even trying for many times(using sender’s name etc). After much delay, i finally got the tracking number correct and she helped me to check through the records and indeed the current location of the delivery man was in my mum’s office rather than my house as in the first place, that address was given to them. She also politely informed me that the delivery man was on his way to send to my house and will contact me soon. After several moments, the delivery man contacted me and had no questions asked when i told him that i was outside and can only collect it from him at lorong ah soo instead of my house (Sengkang). He reached there promptly soon afterwards.
